Purpose:
The Business Manager
- Surgery is responsible for leading the commercial performance of the assigned business by developing and executing strategic business plans, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. The role leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Deliver annual sales, market share, profitability, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute business and account strategies aligned with company priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Build strategic relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead forecasting, business planning, pricing, portfolio optimization, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Regulatory teams.
- Ensure compliance with the Johnson & Johnson Credo, Health Care Compliance policies, and local regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-10+ years of commercial experience within medical devices or healthcare.
- Proven leadership experience with strong strategic and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
