Sales Agent - Insurance

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia As an Insurance Sales Agent you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to clients providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate leads and increase sales
• Educate clients on different insurance policies and help them choose the most suitable option
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company-wide sales targets
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

• Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of building relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Highly motivated results-driven and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license is required

• Competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus commission on sales
• Accommodation provided by the company
• Free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket to Saudi Arabia for non-residents
