Senior Account Manager

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for supporting sales team in achieving area sales targets by supervising daily operations, developing customer relationships, and driving performance to contribute to overall business growth and profitability. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the business requirements.

• Supervise the daily activities of the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales tasks and alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of sales staff within the assigned area, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to build skills, enhance product knowledge, and improve overall performance.
• Identify local opportunities to grow sales by developing new customer relationships or expanding business with existing customers.
• Support efforts to improve profitability by contributing to sales growth and helping manage costs within the team.
• Oversee the development and execution of local sales plans to guide the team in achieving area-specific sales targets.
• Motivate and encourage the sales team to meet or exceed established goals through regular feedback and recognition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through direct visits and effective communication.
• Keep up with market trends and Sales initiatives.

Diploma Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related fields.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in any related fields

• Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
• Sales Management
• Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)

• Good knowledge of Customer relationship building.
• Good understanding of Product and market knowledge.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Good in Teamwork/Collaboration Skills.
• Good in Customer Service.
• Good in Microsoft Skills..
