The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets in the Riyadh market. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision makers
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve results
• Train new team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional campaigns and materials
• Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a successful team
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• In-depth knowledge of Indian culture, values, customs, and business practices
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia
