Sales Executive

Responsible for growing sales of transport and logistics services, acquiring new corporate (B2B) clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets, while representing the company as a trusted logistics partner.

• Identify and acquire new clients across industrial, retail, contracting, and other target sectors.
• Build and manage a client portfolio and develop long-term business relationships.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals; negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs).
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the market and competitors and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Participate in tenders and prepare quotations for major clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in transport and logistics sales or B2B sales (transport sector preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics market in Saudi Arabia and a potential client base.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
