Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of market trends
• Prepare sales reports and present them to management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities
• Monitor competitors' rates and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Train and mentor the sales team

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager
• Strong understanding of hotel industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
