- Lead the Branch Sales operation in order to achieve Department objectives.
- Contribute to the achievement of Depot sales and profit targets.
- Maintain the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
- Train and coach sales team.
- Lead market awareness and development activities
- Meeting or exceeding annual budget targets.
- Monitoring daily sales department activity for maximum productivity.
- Recommending fleet unit additions based on market demand and availability.
- Recruiting and upgrading sales personnel to meet market needs.
- Meeting annual sales objectives set by Management.
- Conducting professional sales negotiations with prospective customers.
- Providing necessary training and counseling to staff under supervision.
- Monitoring UDC report and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitoring KPIs of sales reps and conducting quarterly assessments.
- Developing new business opportunities and customers.
- Following up on sales rep call reports.
- Designing and implementing strategic sales and business plans.
- Building and promoting strong customer relationships.
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports to management team.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
- Committed to continuous development through workshops, seminars, exhibitions, events, and conferences.
- Educational Qualifications &
Certifications:
University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering to relevant major with a background of Sales Engineer - Knowledge:
Finance background - Technical
Skills:
Electrical knowledge/background .Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - Language
Skills:
English and Arabic - Experience:
A minimum of 5
-8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in similar types of equipment.
