The successful applicant must be able to effectively close deals and negotiate contracts with clients. They should also be knowledgeable about the local market, including competitors and current trends. In addition, they should have experience in recruiting, training, and managing a sales team.

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. They will also be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance against these targets, and ensuring that all sales representatives are working towards achieving them. Additionally, they will need to maintain a detailed knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities so that they can effectively promote them to potential customers.

We prefer applicants who hold Indian nationality or have visa sponsorship available. Fluency in English is also necessary for this position.
