• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and provide them with suitable policy options.
• Explain policy coverage, terms, and conditions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients based on their specific needs.
• Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

• Pakistani nationality is preferred for this role.
• Fluency in English is required as it is the primary language of communication in this role.
• No prior experience in insurance sales is required; however, previous sales experience will be considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Competitive base salary of 1500$ per month plus commission on sales.
