We are a fast-growing company in Riyadh seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Indian sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the Indian market.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to ensure targets are being met.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop effective promotional strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to sales team members on selling techniques and product knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
