Insurance Sales Agent – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Malayalees and Egyptians preferred)

We are a leading insurance company in Riyadh seeking experienced and motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products to clients and providing excellent customer service. This position is open to Malayalees and Egyptians, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs
• Explain insurance policies and advise clients on coverage options
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold-calling
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs
• Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on insurance trends and regulations
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or relevant role
• Must be fluent in English (additional languages such as Malayalam or Arabic are a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of different types of insurance products
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
