• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel revenue
• Identify and target key markets and clients to generate new business
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve
• Work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the local market preferred (Indian nationality preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

This position offers a salary of $1100 per month, along with performance-based bonuses.
