Sales Manager

Lead the Branch Sales Operations to achieve departmental objectives, contribute to depot sales and profitability targets, maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, train and coach the sales team, and lead market development and business growth initiatives

• Meeting or exceeding annual budget targets.
• Monitoring daily sales department activity for maximum productivity.
• Recommending fleet unit additions based on market demand and availability.
• Recruiting and upgrading sales personnel to meet market needs.
• Meeting annual sales objectives set by Management.
• Conducting professional sales negotiations with prospective customers.
• Providing necessary training and counseling to staff under supervision.
• Monitoring UDC report and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitoring KPIs of sales reps and conducting quarterly assessments.
• Developing new business opportunities and customers.
• Following up on sales rep call reports.
• Designing and implementing strategic sales and business plans.
• Building and promoting strong customer relationships.
• Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports to management team.
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts.

  University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering to relevant major with a background of Sales Engineer
