Sales Manager (Saudi Nationals Only

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across key market segments. You will play a vital role in positioning Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya as the preferred destination for corporate, leisure, and group business.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
• Negotiate contracts and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

• Saudi National (Required)
• Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably within an international hotel brand
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of the Riyadh market
