A Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their Riyadh office.
Key aspects of the role included:- Lead and execute sales strategies for the assigned products.
- Drive sales team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to support informed business decisions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports.
- Bachelor's de
gree. An advanced degree is an advantage. - Minimum 8-10 years of pharma sales experience in Riyadh.
- Must have specialty care experience (Oncology/Endocrinology/Immunosuppresents/ Hematology, etc.)
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager in KSA is essential.
- Team management experience is a must.
