Ecommerce Sales Manager

• Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage marketplace accounts including Amazon, Noon, Salla, Shopify, and other regional platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and social media promotions.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage inventory planning and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with customer support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital commerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online merchandising, and sales analytics.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is an added advantage.
