Senior Business Development Associate

At Mnzil, we're scaling fast and we need experienced BD talent to help us close bigger and more strategic deals. We're looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to take ownership of high-value opportunities and complex client relationships.

As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will manage the full sales cycle for key accounts and play a hands-on role in shaping how Mnzil approaches strategic clients.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for key and strategic accounts
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders at client organizations
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms for larger deals
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Proven track record of closing mid-to-large sized deals
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English

You'll take ownership of Mnzil's most important client relationships, with real influence over how we win and grow strategic accounts across Saudi Arabia
