Business Development & Sales Manager (Wood Decor & Furniture

Identify and acquire new projects private and government sectors

Prepare technical and financial proposals professionally and accurately

Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis in coordination with the production and purchasing teams

Present and negotiate offers with clients and handle all contract formalities until signing

Coordinate with the production team for project handover and delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants designers contractors and hospitality clients

Prepare monthly reports on opportunities and project pipeline

Minimum 5 years of experience in wood décor, joinery, or furniture manufacturing.

Solid knowledge of wood types, finishes, production processes, and cost structures.

Proven ability to prepare quotations, cost sheets, and tender submissions.

Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Candidates with strong market connections in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
