Company General Manager – SaaS ​/ Technology

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and represent a leading company in the Saudi market.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial performance, business growth, operational execution, strategic relationships, and market development
. The role requires a senior business leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to represent the company at executive and industry levels.

• Lead the company’s overall business and operations.
• Develop strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
• Oversee business performance and operational efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
• Lead business development and commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Represent the company at senior-level meetings and events.
• Act as the company’s senior representative in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and develop the local team and promote high performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of business plans and initiatives.
• Present business performance updates to senior management.

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience in SaaS / Technology
  , with exposure to commercial and business operations
• Preferably a diverse background combining SaaS and consulting experience
• Proven track record in business development, commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in Technology, F&B, or Hospitality is an advantage
