Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in KSA
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Actively seek out new sales leads and establish partnerships to enhance brand presence.
• Analyze market trends, business needs, and financial aspects to evaluate potential deals.
• Develop negotiation strategies and close business deals that align with company objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Ensure smooth contract execution while safeguarding confidential information.
• Take ownership of innovative business initiatives and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Exposure in HR solutions, HR systems, training & education, or HR staffing & recruiting is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business expansion in a competitive market.
