Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team with daily lead management, documentation, contract drafting, and maintaining internal database records.

• Handle daily support for incoming leads and coordinate effectively with assigned Account Managers.
• Log inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-ups with relevant internal teams to drive necessary actions.
• Assist the sales team with contract drafting, document preparation, and accurate data entry.
• Support in maintaining, updating, and organizing the internal database.
• Help conduct market research and generate potential sales leads.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships across internal teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer support, or administrative operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven customer support orientation and active listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team under fast-paced conditions.
