Sales Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, building a strong sales pipeline, and managing customer accounts across freight forwarding and logistics services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research, and customer visits.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Understand customer logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Promote Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Road Transport, and Contract Logistics solutions.
• Work closely with Pricing and Operations teams to prepare competitive quotations and RFQs.
• Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations.
• Acquire new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Support the onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling and business growth opportunities.

• 2-5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or International Logistics.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Good knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL/LCL, Road Transport.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good customer relationship and account management skills.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
