Sales Manager

VERTA Hotels is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities and drive revenue growth across hotel rooms, corporate accounts, group bookings, and food & beverage services.

• Develop and implement effective hotel sales plans.
• Generate new corporate, government, travel agency, and group business.
• Promote and sell hotel rooms, meetings, events, and F&B services.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales visits, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Riyadh market.
• Strong network of corporate and travel-industry clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business-development skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh market, with proven experience in selling hotel rooms and food & beverage services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and business development skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
