Sales Manager

A leading global automotive manufacturer with a growing presence across the Middle East is expanding its commercial team. Backed by strong product innovation, international operations, and ambitious regional growth plans, the company is seeking talented sales professionals to support business development and key account growth across the automotive sector.

• Monitor automotive market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments, providing regular market intelligence reports.
• Analyze sales performance, customer traffic, lead conversion, and dealer operations to identify opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
• Support and coach dealer sales teams through training and day-to-day business guidance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including government entities, corporate customers, and fleet operators.
• Drive the full sales cycle, from business development and customer engagement to negotiation and deal closure.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking on products, sales policies, after-sales service, warranty programs, and network development.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 8+years of experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, OEM, distributor, or fleet sales.
• Strong understanding of the local automotive market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing strategic customer relationships.
• Familiarity with automotive sales processes, customer journey management, and dealer operations.
• Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Well-established network within government, enterprise, or corporate sectors is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
