Indian Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh

As the face of our hotel you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing relationships with key clients

Your primary focus will be on the Indian market utilizing your knowledge of the culture and language to attract and retain customers

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities within the Indian market
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and online booking platforms
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
• Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager preferably in a luxury property
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the Indian market and culture
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Hindi is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
