Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate clients through field visits networking referrals cold calling and digital prospecting
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Present company services and customized business solutions to clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals customized proposal and presentations
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with Accounts to ensure timely payment collection
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Participate in exhibitions networking events and business meetings

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Passion for sales and business development.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude.
• Good relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 2-5 years in B2B Corporate Sales.
• Experience in Media, Advertising, Events, Digital Marketing, Branding, IT Solutions, or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Fluent in English;
Malayalam preferred. Hindi is an added advantage.

Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred for client visits..Willing to travel extensively for client meetings.
