Head of Regional Sales – Central & Eastern Region (Saudi Nationals Only)

Are you an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record in the Saudi insurance market? We are seeking an experienced Head of Regional Sales – Central & Eastern Region to lead our regional sales operations, drive sustainable premium growth, and strengthen our market presence across the Central and Eastern regions of the Kingdom.

The Head of Regional Sales – Central & Eastern Region is responsible for leading and overseeing regional sales operations, driving profitable business growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives in line with the Company’s strategic goals.

The role is accountable for managing regional sales teams, developing business opportunities, strengthening relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and business partners, and ensuring sales activities are conducted in accordance with ACIG policies and the regulatory requirements of the Saudi Insurance Authority.

• Lead and manage sales activities across the Central and Eastern regions to achieve premium growth and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the Company’s overall business objectives.
• Drive new business acquisition, customer retention, cross-selling, and portfolio growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, key accounts, and strategic business partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop initiatives to strengthen the Company’s regional market presence.
• Monitor regional sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Claims, Broker Relationship, Marketing, and Operations to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and business updates for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve individual and regional performance objectives.
• Promote a customer-focused, performance-driven, and accountable sales culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree, MBA, EMBA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Professional insurance or sales qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or account management, including at least 5 years in leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi insurance market, corporate insurance business, and distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, premium growth, and profitability targets.
