Sales Specialist - IT Services

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing government and major corporate accounts, identifying new B2B opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the conversion of qualified opportunities into confirmed orders. The role requires strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical solutions to customers.

• Identify and approach government and corporate decision-makers to develop new business opportunities.
• Develop new B2B accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities while building a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and Command Centre tours.
• Learn and effectively communicate the company's technical solutions to customers.
• Support business development activities and contribute to converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Monitor customer engagement, sales activities, and pipeline development to achieve business objectives.

• 0-1 Year of experience is required.
• An educational background in Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Good English and Arabic communication skills;
  Hejazi Arabic is preferred.
• Good presentation and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Candidates with B2B Sales experience, particularly in IT, Digital Twin, Automation, SCADA, BIM/CAD, or Government Sales, are highly valued.
