We re Hiring Director of Sales Catering Hospitality Events Location Riyadh Saudi Arabia Industry Hospitality Catering Events Banqueting Position Director of Sales We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Catering Hospitality Banquets Weddings Corporate Events and Outside Catering along with a strong network and deep understanding of the Saudi market

• Lead and develop the overall Sales Business Development strategy
• Drive revenue growth across Catering Hospitality Banquets Events
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients VIPs event organizers and key decision-makers
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities and high-value accounts
• Lead commercial negotiations proposals contracts and business opportunities
• Build manage coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company s market presence
• Monitor sales performance pipelines forecasts conversion rates and KPIs
• Work closely with Operations Events F B and Culinary teams to ensure successful business conversion and an exceptional client experience
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent business development activity

• Proven experience in a Director of Sales Head of Sales or Senior Sales Leadership role
• Strong background in Catering Hospitality Banquets Weddings and Events
• Experience in Outside Catering is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Riyadh market with an established industry network
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and generating new business
• Strong leadership negotiation communication presentation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of revenue generation and business development

• The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, a strong network of corporate and VIP clients, and an established understanding of the Riyadh and Saudi market
• The candidate must demonstrate a strong track record in business development, revenue growth, client acquisition, key account management, sales strategy, negotiation, and achieving ambitious sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential
• Candidates with an existing client portfolio and strong industry connections in Saudi Arabia will be highly preferred
