Job location Al Qassem KSA
Main responsibilities- Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts
- Create new sales opportunities in all HCO with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization
- Lead account boarding stakeholder mapping and customer engagement strategies
- Assist in clarifying any timely disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned area
- Monitor the inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of the availability of the goods through the sales team communication
- Manage relationship with Clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts
- Identify the list of all KOL s with respected opinion within the incontinence community
- Make sure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right HCP in a complaint amp ethical way
- Understand and develop all sales channel with fast response to customer requests and market demand
- You should be able to make proper market mapping and customer segmentation
- Ensure that BD s professional and ethical standards are followed
Bachelor s degree in nursing (preferred), medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related healthcare field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales. Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams. Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change. Experience in UCC, Critical Care, Women's Health, or hospital-based solutions is preferred.
