- 15+ years of overall professional experience.
- Proven experience in sales and commercial leadership within the industrial sector.
- Previous experience as a VP of Sales, Sales Director, or in a similar senior commercial leadership role is mandatory.
- Strong track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer relationships, and competitive positioning.
