Key Responsibilities- Market Development:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the KSA financial services market, aligned with Vision 2030 growth priorities. - Client Acquisition:
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partners, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Stakeholder Management:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients. - Strategic Partnerships:
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with partners, influencers/KOL, marketing affiliations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances that accelerate market entry and revenue growth. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and the regulatory environment (SAMA, CMA) to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. - Reporting:
Track, forecast, and report on business development performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience within the financial services industry (Securities, Prime Brokerage, Fintech, Payments, Asset Management, or Capital Markets).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong existing network within the KSA financial sector is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi regulatory framework (SAMA, CMA) and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh; eligibility to work in KSA.
