Hotel Sales Manager

A luxury hotel in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and ensuring they meet their targets

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and maintain a database of potential clients
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Train mentor and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their targets
• Monitor sales performance provide feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to promote the hotels services

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager in a luxury hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Strong negotiation and networking skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and managing budgets
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
