Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives providing training and guidance as needed
• Monitor sales performance analyze data and make adjustments to strategies as needed
• Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities targets and results for management review

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data make decisions based on insights and adapt strategies accordingly
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the local market in Riyadh is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
