Area Manager
Lead coach and manage the Home Appliance HS Field Sales team to achieve sales distribution and market share targets. Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with company objectives and business plans. Monitor sales performance productivity and KPIs across assigned regions and channels. Strengthen relationships with key retail partners distributors and channel customers. Ensure excellent in-store execution product visibility merchandising standards and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide coaching and guidance. Collaborate with marketing supply chain and category teams to optimize sales initiatives and product availability. Manage sales forecasting inventory monitoring and demand planning activities. Recruit train and develop field sales talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
Prepare sales reports business reviews and performance presentations for management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Sales, Retail Management, or Field Sales Operations. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role. Experience with in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or a related industry. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales and market share targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools. Fluent in English. Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently. Experience managing Home Appliance (HS) or Consumer Electronics sales teams. Knowledge of the Saudi retail and distribution market. Experience working with major retailers and distributors. Arabic language proficiency. Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics platforms. Experience in a multinational organization.
Strong understanding of merchandising, retail execution, and category management.
