• Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement business-development initiatives to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support commercial decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information using CRM software.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving support.

• Sales Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams toward targets.
• Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute effective regional sales plans.
• CRM Management: Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer and sales records using CRM software.
• Business Development: Strong capability in identifying opportunities and growing client relationships.
