Business Development Manager - B2C

Responsible for driving business growth through direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, acquiring individual customers/candidates, promoting manpower and recruitment services, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Develop new B2C acquisition channels and partnerships.
• Identify and generate new B2C leads through calls, social media, digital marketing, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their employment & manpower requirements.
• Present and explain available market chances or related services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and payment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers to maximize conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with recruitment/operations teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Develop new B2C acquisition channels and partnerships.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business performance.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 8+ years' prior industry-related business development
• Experience in B2C, individuals or Hourly experience Same field .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
