Regional Sales Manager Job Riyadh area,Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia,Sales

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance and business growth across the assigned region. The role will support licensees in implementing approved sales strategies, monitor performance, identify market opportunities, and ensure compliance with ALBAIK standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive regional sales performance and implement approved sales strategies, KPIs, tools, and commercial frameworks across the assigned region.

2. Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, including sales growth, transactions, average check, product mix, channel performance, pricing, and campaign results.

3. Conduct regular performance reviews with licensees, develop corrective action plans, and follow up on the closure of sales and execution gaps.

4. Support and train licensee teams in executing approved sales initiatives, promotions, pricing, product launches, and local market opportunities.

5. Support new restaurant openings by reviewing sales launch plans, campaign readiness, local opportunities, and opening-period performance.

6. Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify customer trends, pricing movements, sales risks, and regional growth opportunities.

7. Identify local sales opportunities through events, delivery platforms, seasonal demand, bulk orders, and partnerships with schools, companies, and other organizations.

8. Coordinate with Corporate Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Training, and other departments to ensure effective execution.

9. Monitor licensee compliance with ALBAIK standards, approved promotions, pricing, brand guidelines, sales programs, and commercial practices.

10. Prepare regular regional sales reports, forecasts, market insights, recommendations, and performance updates for senior management.

11. Maintain strong relationships with licensees and stakeholders, and share regional best practices and improvement opportunities with Corporate Sales.

12. Provide coaching and support to licensee teams to strengthen sales capabilities and improve regional performance.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
* More than 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
* Proven experience in the QSR industry is mandatory.
* Strong experience in regional sales management and supporting multi-location restaurant operations, franchisees, or licensees.
* Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, performance analysis, pricing, promotions, market research, and product launches.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
* Professional certification in Sales Management, Commercial Management, or Business Strategy is required, such as CSP, CPSL, CIM.
* Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region.
