The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in a similar role and have excellent knowledge of chemical processes, materials, and techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out research work, using laboratory equipment to analyze samples, developing new products, and making sure that the existing products meet quality standards. They will also be expected to keep up to date with the latest industry developments in their field.

The successful applicant will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
