The job duties and responsibilities of the Chemist include carrying out analysis and experiments on chemicals, compiling results of analyses and experiments, preparing reports to summarize findings, conducting research on chemical compounds, advising on chemical safety standards and regulations, performing routine maintenance on laboratory equipment such as test tubes and beakers, ordering laboratory supplies when needed and maintaining a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. The candidate should also have excellent knowledge of chemical safety standards as well as good problem solving skills. In addition to this, the candidate should be able to work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively with other team members.
