Lab Technician - Fine Fragrance; Saudization

We are seeking a talented Lab Technician based in Riyadh to join our dynamic team.! This is an exciting opportunity to support laboratory operations, contribute to technical excellence, and play a key role in delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities for the Lab Technician role will be to provide support to multiple laboratories, including Application and Home Care Technical Labs. The role will also assist with shipping activities during periods of high demand and when primary team members are unavailable.

Additionally, the Lab Technician will prepare and set up evaluations for the Home Care Technical Team in accordance with time-sensitive schedules and support the Lab Supervisor with viscosity and titration testing.

• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• SAP knowledge
• Strong verbal and communication skills

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of laboratory experience
• 2 years of laboratory experience in a manufacturing, quality, or technical environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
• A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting laboratory operations
• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, or technical environment
• Familiarity with SAP and laboratory processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
