We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenters for a major construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for high-quality interior finishing works in a fast-paced environment.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for interior layouts.
• Execute precise finishing carpentry: installing doors, windows, skirting, cornices, and custom cabinetry.
• Install and finish drywall partitions, suspended ceilings (gypsum board), and wall paneling.
• Conduct on-site measurements, cutting, shaping, and assembling of wooden and composite materials.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and machinery (e.g., circular saws, routers, planers) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

• A valid Trade Test Certificate (Grade I, II, or III) from NITA or an equivalent Artisan Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Finishing Carpenter on large commercial or residential sites.
• Physical fitness and ability to pass the mandatory pre‑employment medical test (including chest X-ray and blood tests).
• A valid Driver’s License is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of safety standards (OSHA or similar certification is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a multicultural work environment.

• Competitive Salary: KSH 95, per month (basic).

• Travel: Annual return air ticket to Kenya upon completion of each 12-month contract.
