Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
The position ensures that the Alpitronic hypercharger continues to operate in the field. The Field Service Technician is responsible for processing the divided service assignments on the hypercharger to the full satisfaction of the respective customers and the client, Alpitronic.
Your Responsibilities- Debugging:
Troubleshooting, component checks and replacements, test charges - Upgrades:
Stack upgrades, cable conversions, cable transfer point upgrades, and retrofitting of DC meters in compliance with calibration laws. - Preventive Maintenance:
Performing self-checks, functional tests, and filter replacements - Preparation and organization of service visits
- Reporting and post-processing of service operations
- Managing the spare parts warehouse and service vehicle stock
- Analyzing defective components and performing or coordinating repairs
- Providing feedback on product and service performance, and suggesting improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures (no prior experience in the EV sector required)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the region
- Availability to complete a 2-month technical training program in Europe
- Proficiency in English & Arabic language
- Valid driver’s license
