The Home Appliance Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of household electrical and electronic appliances to ensure safe and efficient operation at customer locations or service centers.

• Install, diagnose, and repair washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, microwaves, dishwashers, ovens, water heaters, and small appliances.
• Identify electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and functional testing.
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper operation after repair.
• Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer records.
• Follow safety procedures and company service standards.
• Provide basic usage guidance to customers.

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant trade.
• Appliance repair certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Home Appliance Technician.
• Experience with multiple household appliance brands preferred.
• GCC experience is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of home appliance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
