We’re Hiring | Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician.
Gulf Motors Company is looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our professional automotive team.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on vehicles.
- Repair dents, dings, and hail damage while maintaining factory finish.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine suitable repair methods.
- Use specialized PDR tools and techniques efficiently.
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with service advisors and customers regarding repair progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a PDR Technician.
- Strong knowledge of PDR tools and repair techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- PDR certification or formal training is an advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused with good communication skills.
