Construction Manager/ Foreman
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Role OverviewA leading delivery organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Installation Manager to oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of large-scale building services and specialist systems across a major multi-disciplinary development programme in Riyadh.
The role is responsible for ensuring that all site installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with design intent, programme requirements, and quality standards. This includes leadership of subcontractor installation teams and coordination across complex MEP, structural, and specialist packages within a high-profile, fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all on‑site installation activities across multiple work packages and trade contractors.
- Oversee sequencing, coordination, and integration of mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems installations.
- Ensure installation works are delivered in line with approved design, specifications, programme milestones, and safety standards.
- Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance targets are achieved.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, design, project management, and commercial teams to resolve site issues and technical clashes.
- Drive installation planning, logistics, access coordination, and site readiness strategies.
- Monitor progress and produce detailed installation reports, tracking milestones and risks.
- Lead site inspections, quality assurance checks, and snagging / de‑snagging processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture on site.
- Support commissioning activities and handover processes, ensuring systems are fully tested and operational.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to site installation teams and subcontractor supervisors.
- Support resolution of installation defects, design coordination issues, and change impacts.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in large-scale construction installation management roles.
- Strong background in complex MEP installation and coordination on major developments.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors on high‑value, multi‑disciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of installation sequencing, commissioning processes, and systems integration.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, site logistics, and safety management systems.
- Ability to manage fast‑track programmes and coordinate multiple work fronts simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in the Middle East or on large international projects preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation documentation.
- Hands‑on site leadership approach with strong attention to detail
