Responsibilities
- Perform ECU/ECM/TCU programming, flashing, and tuning
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems in diesel trucks
- Handle emission systems (DPF, EGR, SCR, AdBlue) including fault removal and programming
- Perform transmission programming and calibration
- Calibrate fuel system injectors and diesel pumps
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CAN Bus communication issues
- Carry out ECU cloning, software updates, and fault code analysis
- Work independently to identify and solve complex faults
- 2–8 years of hands‑on experience in diesel truck diagnostics and ECU programming
- Experience with Volvo, Mercedes‑Benz, MAN, Scania, Cummins, and Chinese trucks
- Strong practical experience
- Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems independently
- Experience with tools:
Jaltest, TEXA, Cummins INSITE, Volvo Tech Tool, Xentry, MAN Cats, SDP3 - Good understanding of diesel systems, sensors, and electronic control units
- Must clearly mention brands worked on, tools used, and type of ECU programming done
