Plumbing Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, stormwater and sanitary systems.
• Ensure work is performed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Monitor daily activities and resolve technical issues on site.
• Lead plumbers, pipe fitters and helpers.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, HVAC and civil teams to avoid clashes.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings with engineers and project managers.
• Ensure smooth integration of plumbing systems with overall MEP works.
• Enforce HSE policies and safe working practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and local regulations.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities.
• Coordinate material requests, delivery and storage.
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment and manpower.
• Inspect installation work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports and manpower records.

• Diploma/ITI or certification in Plumbing, Mechanical, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in MEP or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read drawings and plumbing layouts.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
