Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HVAC work activities at job sites
- Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians and helpers
- Plan and assign tasks based on project requirements and timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, equipment and controls
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards and codes
- Inspect completed work and troubleshoot system issues
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and project managers
- Maintain tools, equipment and inventory on site
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure use of PPE
- Prepare daily progress reports and documentation
- Diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering
- 6‑8 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a foreman role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices and troubleshooting
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
