Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled technician specializing in buses and trucks to support our maintenance operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands‑on expertise in commercial vehicle repair, strong diagnostic capabilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a field-based role – a hands‑on mentality and adaptability are critical.

• Routine maintenance and inspection of buses and trucks to ensure safe, reliable operation
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in heavy vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and ITS data
• Repair and replacement of faulty components in systems such as air suspension, air conditioning, braking, and hydraulics
• Compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards during maintenance and repair work
• Documentation of maintenance activities, including completion of service logs and repair reports
• Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and proactive identification of potential vehicle issues to minimize downtime
• Coordination with external workshops and parts suppliers for specialized repairs or urgent parts procurement
• On-site assistance for vehicle breakdowns or roadside emergencies when required
• Mentorship and guidance of junior technicians or workshop staff to ensure high-quality work standards when needed
• Occasional overtime, flexible availability beyond regular working hours

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

  Experience:
  
  Several years of hands‑on experience in bus and truck maintenance and repair
• Driving License: Valid Saudi heavy vehicle driving license (bus and truck)
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of air suspension systems, bus air conditioning, hydraulic systems, and general commercial vehicle maintenance
• Diagnostics: Strong fault-finding and vehicle diagnostic capabilities
• ITS Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and related vehicle technologies
• Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
